How Our 10% Advance + 90% COD Works

  2. Pay only 10% of the total order value to confirm your order.

  3. Our team begins manufacturing or preparing your order for dispatch.

  4. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your address.

  5. Pay the remaining 90% amount at the time of delivery to the delivery partner.

Eligibility for 90% Cash on Delivery

  • The 10% Advance + 90% Cash on Delivery option is available only on eligible products.

  • Products priced below ₹12,000 are not eligible for the 90% Cash on Delivery payment option.

  • Orders below ₹12,000 require full payment before dispatch.

  • Rajasthali Furniture reserves the right to approve or decline COD eligibility based on delivery location, logistics availability, and order history.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please order only if you are confident about your purchase.

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. The advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, if any.

After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, transportation and logistics charges have already been incurred.

If the customer cancels the order after dispatch or refuses delivery without a valid reason, the 10% advance payment is non-refundable.

This amount is used to cover manufacturing, packaging, handling, payment processing, and transportation expenses.

Damaged Product Policy

Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch and packed securely.

If your furniture is delivered in a damaged condition, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs and an unboxing video.

You may choose either of the following options:

Option 1 – Replacement (Recommended)

We will arrange a replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost, subject to verification.

Option 2 – Return & Refund

If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will arrange the return pickup of the damaged product.

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process the refund of your 10% advance payment according to our refund policy.

Refunds cannot be processed before the damaged product is returned and verified.

Delivery Information

  • Pan India delivery available on eligible PIN Codes.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.

  • Heavy furniture is delivered to the ground floor when lift access is unavailable or the product cannot safely fit in the lift.

  • Additional labour charges for upper-floor delivery without lift access are the customer's responsibility.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and complete the balance payment.

  • Cash on Delivery availability depends on serviceability in your location.
