Since most of our furniture is handcrafted from premium solid Sheesham wood, every confirmed order requires production planning and logistics coordination. The advance helps us:

Order Cancellation Policy

🕒 Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. The advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, if any. 		🚚 After Dispatch

Once dispatched, transportation and logistics charges have already been incurred. If the order is cancelled or delivery refused without a valid reason, the 10% advance is non-refundable. This covers manufacturing, packaging, handling, payment processing, and transportation expenses.

Damaged Product Policy

Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch and packed securely. If your furniture is delivered in a damaged condition, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs and an unboxing video.

✅ Option 1 – Replacement (Recommended)

We will arrange a replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost, subject to verification. 		↩ Option 2 – Return & Refund

We will arrange return pickup of the damaged product. Once received at our warehouse and verified, your 10% advance payment will be refunded per our refund policy. Refunds cannot be processed before the product is returned and inspected.
