• Doorstep delivery is available where a suitable lift is present and the packed product fits safely; otherwise delivery is to the ground floor.

• If there is no suitable lift, upstairs carrying labour must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

• This is a DIY assembly product. Necessary hardware and tools are included in the packaging; on-site installation is not included.
